Q. I'm having problems with my stream. What can I do?

A. There are a number of things you can do if you are having streaming issues. If everything is running smoothly at the track and you are having problems, there is a good chance the issue is at your end. Check the following and hopefully you can get your stream back up and running:

  • Are you using a smart tv? The stream is not supported on a smart tv. We recommend you use a HDMI cable from a computer to your tv.
  • Are you trying to use Chromecast? The stream is not supported on Chromecast. We recommend you use a HDMI cable from a computer to your tv.
  • Are you using a playstation? The stream is not supported on a playstation. We recommend you use a HDMI cable from a computer to your tv.
  • The three options above may have worked for you in the past. However, as they are not supported by us, we cannot guarantee they will work again.
  • Is the stream stopping and starting or buffering? Try refreshing the page. If this does not work, log out and log back in again. Then go to My Account>MyPurchases and click Watch Now.
  • We try to stream in both HD (High Definition) and SD (Standard Definition). You can switch between HD & SD in the bottom left hand corner of the streaming display. Try this and see if that fixes the problem.
  • If you find you are still having issues, try using a different browser. We recommend Chrome but you can also try Microsoft Edge & Firefox.
  • If you are still having streaming issues, check your internet download speed. It may have been fine a few minutes ago but you have no control over what happens to the internet coming to your premises. Go to www.speedtest.net and click GO. What is your download speed? If it is less than 5 Mbps, you will have problems streaming.
  • Are there other people using the internet on your premises? Get everyone off the internet (including mobile phones) and see if that helps. Remember, you only have a certain amount of internet coming in to your premises at any one time. If there are numerous people trying to access it at the same time, this will have an effect on your streaming.
  • Are you having issues with sound? Try another website, such as YouTube, and see if the sound is working. If it is still not working, contact our Helpdesk via the Chat Window and we will see what we can do.
  • If you are still having issues, contact us on our Chat Window and we can look at organising a refund. Please see our Refund Policy further down this page. Please note that our Helpdesk personnel are not responsible for organising refunds. They will take you through the process and refunds will be authorised by Management after the live streaming event.

Q. What does the live stream include?

A. We usually use multi cameras with track commentary.

Q. Is the stream supported on Smart TV's, Chromecasts & Playstations?

A. Unfortunately the stream is not supported on these devices. It may work on some but not on others. We recommend you stream to your computer and use a HDMI cable to connect to your tv.

Q. Where can I get updates from if there are any changes?

Q. Why is it so expensive?

A. The price is set by the speedway promoter. The price is for one night only. Purchase early to ensure your purchase goes well.

Q. I don’t have a credit card. How do I make a purchase?

A. You can use a debit card or PrezzyCard or contact us using this email address video-hub@hotmail.com and we can organise for you to pay us via bank transfer. You will need to contact us at least 7 days prior to the event to allow the transaction to go through.

Q. Am I able to pay via bank transfer?

A. Yes. You will need to contact us at least 7 days prior to the event to allow the transaction to go through. You can contact us using this email address video-hub@hotmail.com and we can organise for you to pay us via bank transfer.

Q. I’m not happy with the streaming. How do I get a refund?

A. Contact our Helpdesk using the chat window in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and they will talk you through the process. Please note, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and if granted, the transfer will not occur till during the week following the race night.

Q. I have no picture.

A. Is your screen turned on? Do you see the video player in the picture? Is there a logo to start the player? Is there a rotating circle on your screen? Are there any messages on the screen indicating a streaming problem?

Q. I have no sound.

A. Check the volume on your computer. If there is still no sound, try watching the stream on a mobile device. If there is sound on your mobile device, then the problem is with your computer. Please note, we stream to computers. If you are watching on your tv, it may be the way it is connected to the computer.

Q. It keeps buffering. What do I do?

A. Avoid wireless connections.

Q. How much data will I use watching a meeting?

A. About 2 gigabytes

Q. I can’t log in.

A. Have you created an account? We have just launched our new website so all users must create an account, even if you have used our service before. You can create an account here.

Q. I’ve forgotten my password.

A. Use the “Forgotten Password” button on the Login page or click here.

Q. Can I purchase a season pass?

A. Not yet but if you are interested in a season pass, contact us at video-hub@hotmail.com

Q. Can I purchase a track pass?

Q. What time can I start watching the racing?

A. The race start & finish times are set by the promoter. Live streaming takes place when the racing starts. For further information, check out the track website.

Q. Will there be replays?

A. Only if there are technical difficulties during the night.

Q. I’ve purchased a Live Stream but am now unable to watch it. Can I get a refund?

A. To claim a refund you need to contact us before racing starts. Email video-hub@hotmail.com and include your username (email address you use to log in). Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and if granted, the transfer will not occur till during the week following the race night.
